Company Set-up

Meetings and advice prior to the formation of your company:

• Arrange meetings in Dublin with the relevant authorities and service providers as necessary.
• We generally recommend that a client has an early meeting with Financial Regulators and/or the Central Bank to discuss their proposed Dublin company.
• We will provide details of, and an introduction to, local lawyers, auditors, banks and other service providers.
• We will undertake the preparation and submission of a licence application (if required) in the prescribed format to the relevant Division of the Financial Regulators Office and/or Central Bank.
• We will review progress, and organise follow-up meetings as necessary, to ensure the licence or other approval is obtained on a timely basis.
