Claims & Claims Handling

  • Assist in the introduction to and appointment of Third Party Claims Advisers.
  • Work with Loss Adjusters on claims. In special cases close liaison with parent company is necessary on sensitive or disputed claims.
  • Preparation of advices of claims to reinsurers.
  • Design of Claims Handling and Claims Management Agreements.
  • Document and enter claims advices on insurance system.
  • Prepare and maintain claims files.
  • Develop IBNR triangulations and company IBNR reserving policy by line of business.
  • Review and approve claims settlements.
